Our Founder
Heng Cho Hiong
Director & Principal Consultant
Cho founded Ezer Consulting in 2012 after more than 20 years of corporate experience serving in management consulting and business management roles in Microsoft, Accenture, General Electric and Singapore Technologies. He established and led the Lean Six Sigma practice and Project Management Office at Microsoft Asia Operations concurrently, serving double roles as MBB & PMO Lead.
Cho currently also serves an Associate Faculty at the School of Business, Singapore University of Social Sciences as well as an Associate Trainer at Civil Service College. He received his full-time MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School and B.Eng (Elec.) from National University of Singapore. Cho is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has developed and delivered many customised Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Project Management training programs and workshops.
Robert Oh
Principal Consultant (Associate)
Robert Oh is a consultant, educator and researcher of Lean, Lean Six Sigma and Agile. His wide-ranging experience includes global and regional leadership positions in industry. Robert has been providing lean and lean six sigma consulting, coaching and education services to help clients improve their processes and organizational performance since he founded Eagles Wings Consulting in year 2000. Based in Singapore, Robert’s extensive engagements brought him to the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Robert’s lean, lean six sigma and agile experience extends from areas as diverse as customer service to software development, air travel catering services to supply chain logistics, from manufacturing to maintenance repair and overhaul services, from IT to health-care services. As a Thought Leader in these areas he speaks at conferences and contributes his ideas, views and concerns to business and technical publications. He holds an MBA and a degree in Electrical Engineering.
