Lean & Kaizen

Lean is a continuous process improvement methodology that focus the organisation in delivering maximum value to the customers by eliminating waste in the process.  Through Value Stream Mapping (VSM), the process improvement team creates a visual map of the end-to-end process.  The VSM enables the team to analyse the work flow and identify wastes in the process.

Through Kaizen events, counter-measures to eliminate the wastes and improve flow are tested and refined in a plan-do-check-adjust continuous improvement cycle.

Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma combines the process thinking approach of Lean with the data analytical methods of Six Sigma to reduce process defects and wastes.  Lean Six Sigma uses the DMAIC structured problem-solving framework to improve process quality in a sustainable manner by addressing the root-causes with pin point accuracy through data analysis and visualisation.

Lean Six Sigma training and coaching are provided to senior managers (Champions), DMAIC project team leaders (Green Belts) and team members (Yellow Belts).  Ezer Consulting offers an Agile Lean Sigma program that streamlines the DMAIC approach using Agile concept to speed up the improvement efforts as demanded by current rapid changing business environment. Pervasive data analytics software tool is used to lower the learning curve and to proliferate program adoption in the organisation.

Business Process Re-engineering

Through radical redesign of core business processes and bold adoption of enabling technologies, business process re-engineering (BPR) approach delivers quantum leap in performance that is not attainable through incremental process improvement. BPR involves senior leadership recasting a new organisation vision and communicate a clear impetus for change.

As organisation structure and roles are re-designed with transformed business model, change management program and communications must be put in place from beginning through to the end of the BPR change journey.
